Job Description

Alexander Daniels are working on a great opportunity to join a manufacturing business in Dudley on a permanent, full-time basis. Reporting into the Finance Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for processing and matching a high volume of invoices, statement reconciliation and completing payment runs.

Some key responsibilities include:

  • Accurately matching and processing a high volume of purchase invoices onto the system
  • Statement reconciliations
  • Resolving invoice queries by working with internal stakeholders
  • Performing monthly payment runs
  • Keeping records updated, and creating new accounts as and when needed
  • General administrative duties as and when requested by management

The ideal candidate will have experience working in a similar Purchase Ledger role, be confident processing invoices manually and working to strict deadlines. Please note this is a on-site role.
