Credit Control Supervisor

Alexander Daniels are currently headhunting for a Credit Control Supervisor, on behalf of one of our services clients. Reporting into the Head of Finance, some of the main duties will be to supervise a team of 2, manage a ledger and use Excel to report on the debt level.

Some key responsibilities include:

• Chasing outstanding debt across ledgers via call or email
• Working to a monthly cash and aged debt target
• Liaise with internal stakeholders to resolve invoice queries and raise credit notes, whilst maintaining and building relationships with the customer base
• Ensure accurate timekeeping to maintain efficiency within the department
• It is crucial that you can demonstrate and provide examples of manipulating data in Excel, using pivot tables and using VLOOPUPs.
• Management responsibilities involving overseeing a team of 3
• Assisting the Head of Finance with ad-hoc duties

The ideal candidate will have previously managed a similar sized team previously. Please note, this is a permanent role based in Walsall, 5 days a week offering up to £33,000 (DOE).
