Job Description

Working for one of our key clients in Dudley, administrator role is perfect for someone who is confident working in fast-paced environments and has worked within Credit Control.

Reporting into the Credit Team Leader, the successful candidate will be responsible for assisting with the processing of all credit control transactions, reconciling accounts, and helping to produce reports.

Some other responsibilities include:

  • Processing credit control transactions and chasing outstanding debt across ledgers, whilst working to a monthly debt targets
  • Reconciling accounts and cash allocation
  • Updating records ensuring accuracy of such records
  • Producing statements, reminders, refund requests when necessary and working with internal stakeholders to resolve queries
  • Supporting the Credit Manager with producing debt reports
  • Completing any other duties as requested by management

The successful candidate should have excellent communication skills and should be well-organised, so strict deadlines are met.
