Job Description

Excited to say, we are working on a fantastic opportunity with a client of ours in Aldridge. They are looking for a Accounts Payable Clerk (both part-time and full-time candidates are welcome to apply).

This is a fully on-site role, reporting into the Accounts Payable Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for processing a high number of invoices, reconciling statements and resolving customer queries.

Main responsibilities include:

  • Processing invoices and raising purchase orders
  • Reconciling all supplier statements and bank accounts
  • Posting and allocating supplier payments
  • Maintaining excellent supplier relationships and resolving all queries
  • Complete any other ad-hoc duties as requested by management

This is a great role which will suit a candidate with experience working on manual Accounts Payable processes. The successful candidate will be working in a friendly finance team of 4.
