Kerry Sheerman

Kerry has been an integral part of Alexander Daniels’ growth and success over the years. As Director of the Professional Services division, she leads the advisory and recruitment teams within the business. Kerry’s career in recruitment has been developed around long-standing relationships built on mutual trust and respect.

She has spent the last handful of years focusing on the senior and executive finance markets around Warwickshire and the East Midlands, but manages a strong team of veterans who support her with assignments at all levels from transactional and part-qualified, to newly-qualified and interim professionals.

Kerry has worked with hundreds of successful businesses of all sizes and from all industries, and with over a decade of experience within Alexander Daniels, she has been hands on in developing the Advisory consultancy. She has been critical to the success of a number of award-winning finance functions, and is one of the most recommended recruiters working in the Warwickshire and East Midlands markets.
